1. General Refund Overview
At GGSmurfs, we strive to provide the highest quality gaming accounts and services. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled through our internal Wallet System to ensure security and flexibility for our customers.
2. Wallet Credit Policy
When a refund is approved, the amount will be credited directly to your GGSmurfs User Wallet. This allows you to instantly use the funds for any other accounts or services on our store without waiting for bank processing times.
Important: All refunds are subject to the deduction of payment processor fees. These are non-refundable fees charged by providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
3. Processor Fee Deductions
Please note that the amount credited to your wallet will be the Net Amount (Total Order Price minus Payment Processor Fees). For example, if using Stripe, the following fees are excluded from the refund:
- Stripe Processing Fee: 2.9% of the transaction value.
- Fixed Fee: 0.30 USD per transaction.
- Any additional currency conversion fees applied by the processor.
4. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds to the wallet are eligible under the following conditions:
- The purchased account has a technical defect that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- The boosting service has not yet been started or assigned to a booster.
- The account delivered does not match the description provided on the product page.
Note: Refunds are not applicable if the customer changes their mind after the account credentials have been viewed or the service is completed.
5. Wallet Usage & Withdrawals
Funds in your GGSmurfs Wallet are highly versatile:
- New Purchases: You can use 100% of your wallet balance to buy any other smurf account or boosting service instantly.
- Withdrawal Requests: If you prefer the cash back, you may submit a Withdrawal Request through your dashboard. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to reach your original payment method.
6. Account Warranties
Our accounts come with a specific warranty period. If an account is locked or recovered during the warranty phase, we will first attempt to replace the account. If a replacement is unavailable, a pro-rated refund will be credited to your wallet.
